Onyeka Uchenwere

Onyeka Uchenwere is a Msc. Holder with research interests in soil quality assessment, soil amendments, and sustainable land management. Her work focuses on evaluating the effects of soil amendments on crop yield, soil fertility, and key soil properties, aligning with her expertise in Soil Science and Agricultural sustainability.

She earned a B.Sc. in Soil Science from the University of Calabar, Nigeria, and an M.Sc. in Soil Resources Management from the University of Ibadan, where she conducted research on ion fixation in paddy soils and soil quality assessment of experimental plots.

Currently, Onyeka leads the Research Group Nexus Community, where she coordinates soil science projects, mentors early-career researchers, and fosters collaborative learning. …
