Buhari Suraka

Buhari Suraka is a committed scholar and researcher with a strong background in Medical Microbiology (Virology). A Lecturer at Federal University Dutse, Jigawa state. He hold Medical Laboratory certification from School of health technology Jahun, Jigawa state, B.Sc. Microbiology (First class ) from  Federal University Dutse, M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology with specialisation in Virology from Bayero University Kano. He is currently a PhD. candidate in Medical Microbiology with specialisation in Virology at Bayero University Kano.His research focuses on the molecular virology, Medical Microbiology, Epidemiology of Enteric and Respiratory viruses as well as the discovery of novel, cost effective diagnostic tools for enteric viruses in poor resource setting.
